01 Acceptance
By using fyIT.io or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you're acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
02 What We Deliver
fyIT.io provides enterprise IT consulting, architecture, and strategy. Specific scope is defined per engagement in a Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
03 Your Responsibilities
To get the best outcome, you'll need to provide timely access to documentation, systems, and key contacts. Delays caused by missing information are outside our control.
04 Liability
fyIT.io is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the 12 months before the event.
"We stand behind our work. But our liability is capped at what you paid for that specific engagement."
05 Intellectual Property
Our frameworks and methodologies remain ours. Once all fees are paid, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables created specifically for your organization.
06 Ending the Engagement
Either party can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. All fees for work completed up to that date are due immediately.
